  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Because premium footwear requires flawless presentation, every single pair goes through a strict final quality, symmetry, and luster inspection within 1-2 business days before leaving our studio. You will receive an automated email confirmation with a tracking link the moment your package is in transit.

Do you ship safely to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We proudly ship via secure, trackable mail to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

Our collections follow standard US contemporary women's contemporary sizing. If you have a wider foot profile or fluctuate between sizes, we generally recommend "sizing up" half a size for our pointed-toe styles to guarantee optimal comfort.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to feel completely invincible and enchanted by your new shoes. If a pair isn’t your perfect match, we happily accept returns or exchanges of unworn shoes in their original, completely undamaged shoebox and luxury packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Important Note for Fitting: To ensure your pairs remain eligible for a return, please only try your new stilettos on a clean, carpeted indoor surface! Shoes with scratched, scuffed, or soiled outsoles cannot be accepted for a refund.
